Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

4. Lighting Specifications and Installation

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications before purchasing, including:

• Fixture dimensions and weight
• Ceiling height and clearance
• Indoor, damp-location, or wet-location ratings
• Dimming compatibility
• Junction-box and mounting requirements

Electrical fixtures should be installed by a qualified or licensed electrician when required by applicable law or when the customer is unfamiliar with electrical work.

Modern Miami Lighting and Decor is not responsible for damage, injury, code violations, or product failure caused by improper installation, incompatible electrical systems, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@modernmiamilightingdecor.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or ships.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer in accordance with applicable law and the shipping arrangement used for the order.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Customers must obtain return authorization before returning an item. Products returned without authorization may be refused.

Returned products must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in the Refund Policy. Installation, alteration, damage, missing parts, or disposal of original packaging may affect return eligibility.
